Mohammad has 15 years of combined experience in investing and advisory. His last 10+ years of investment experience focused primarily on early-stage, growth and control-oriented investments in B2B software companies.

 

Most recently, he was part of the founding team of a $1 billion fund at The Consello Group. He was previously a Vice President with a Lazard affiliate investment firm, Corporate Partners, where he was investing out of a $1.1 billion fund focusing on control investments in various sectors.

 

Earlier in his career, he was with Accordion Capital and Partners. Mohammad started his career with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and M&A group, where he advised Fortune 100 technology companies on growth and operational strategies.

 

Mohammad holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University.
